Towels: Machine wash without bleach & don't tumble dry. You can iron the borders if needed.

Candles: please leave me to burn not less than 2 hours to avoid tunneling & thus reducing my burning hours.

Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times and rates depend on your location:

• Greater Cairo — within 3–4 working days.
• Alexandria — within 4–5 working days.
• North Coast, El Gouna & Hurghada — within 7 working days.
• Rest of Egypt — please allow additional time; rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via courier. At checkout you may choose express or standard shipping, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way. For international orders, a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment after the order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange it within 2 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as they were sent to you.
• The original order shipping fee is non-refundable, and a delivery fee applies to return and exchange orders.
• You may hand the order back to the courier at your door; kindly note the return shipping fee still applies.
