Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange it within 2 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as they were sent to you.
• The original order shipping fee is non-refundable, and a delivery fee applies to return and exchange orders.
• You may hand the order back to the courier at your door; kindly note the return shipping fee still applies.
