Delivery times & fees
All orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times and fees depend on your location:

The exact fee for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt; pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- InstaPay / Bank Transfer (optional) — ask the team, who will contact you via WhatsApp, if you want this option. Kindly excuse us, but the payment has to be done once the order is placed, as we can’t ship the order before the online payment.
International orders
We ship worldwide via courier. To place an international order, contact us at info@shenegypt.com — a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way.
