We're handmade & hand painted pottery Mugs by SHEN Egyptian artisans, so excuse us we're not standardized; you can find minor differences in the design & minimal imperfections in our finish but we're unique.

Mug Dimensions: Diameter 7.5 cm - Length 10 cm, please allow +/- 2 cm variances

Care
We're dishwasher (short program) & microwave safe. Take care while getting us out from microwave or oven as we retian heat.
Pottery tableware retains heat unlike other materials which make us perfect for serving food & beverages hot for a longer time.
You may see fine lines within our glaze, this is normal in any pottery tableware but don't worry this won't peel our bodys' paint.
You may hear a cracking sound in the 1st couple times of usages because of our hight heat production process then this will fade away.
To remove coffee or tea stains from mugs, use baking soda with few drops of water as a paste on a sponge & scrub me well once the stain appears. And you can add vinegar & leave for half an hour then scrub.
Candle: leave me on until my surface fully melts to lengthen my burning time.

Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times and rates depend on your location:
- Greater Cairo — within 3–4 working days.
- Alexandria — within 4–5 working days.
- North Coast, El Gouna & Hurghada — within 7 working days.
- Rest of Egypt — please allow additional time; rates are shown at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt.
International Orders
We ship worldwide via courier. At checkout you may choose express or standard shipping, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way. For international orders, a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment after the order is placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, you may return or exchange it within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, exactly as they were sent to you.
- The original order shipping fee is non-refundable, and a delivery fee applies to return and exchange orders.
- You may hand the order back to the courier at your door; kindly note the return shipping fee still applies.
