I'm your kids "boy" towel. I'm 100% Egyptian Giza (highest quality) Cotton Towel with an embroidered border on 1 end & 1 side of the towel. My other side has no borders.
I'm available in 2 sizes & I'm sold by piece so you can mix & match your set freely.
Hand Towel: 50*100 cm (400 gm, which will make me duarble yet soft)
Shower Towel: 70*140 cm (400 gm, which will make me duarble yet soft)
Care
Please wash me before the first use to open up the fabric fibers & start being absorbent. Machine wash me on a warm cotton cycle with similar colors. Don't bleach.

All orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times and fees depend on your location:

Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt; pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- InstaPay / Bank Transfer (optional) — ask the team, who will contact you via WhatsApp, if you want this option. Kindly excuse us, but the payment has to be done once the order is placed, as we can’t ship the order before the online payment.
International orders
We ship worldwide via courier. To place an international order, contact us at info@shenegypt.com — a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, here is how returns and exchanges work:
- Return or exchange requests must be sent within 2 days maximum, starting from the delivery day.
- The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and an additional shipping fee applies to return and exchange orders.
- The order can't be returned while the courier is at the door. We will place a return request with the courier, and the order will be picked up within 4 working days.
- The refund is processed once we receive confirmation from the courier that the returned items have been picked up.
- Refunds are made via InstaPay or bank transfer (no cash refunds).
