I'm a handcrafted box from MDF wood, my exterior is covered with a mix of Mother of Pearl & Acrylic with a glossy finish & my interior is covered with HPL wood layer to be easily cleaned & safely use me as a box/ jar.

You can use me as an elegant decorative box, serve inside chocolates, bonbons or use me in your powder room to add toiletries kit inside.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt; pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• InstaPay / Bank Transfer (optional) — ask the team, who will contact you via WhatsApp, if you want this option. Kindly excuse us, but the payment has to be done once the order is placed, as we can’t ship the order before the online payment.

International orders

We ship worldwide via courier. To place an international order, contact us at info@shenegypt.com — a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, here is how returns and exchanges work:

• Return or exchange requests must be sent within 2 days maximum, starting from the delivery day.
• The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and an additional shipping fee applies to return and exchange orders.
• The order can't be returned while the courier is at the door. We will place a return request with the courier, and the order will be picked up within 4 working days.
• The refund is processed once we receive confirmation from the courier that the returned items have been picked up.
• Refunds are made via InstaPay or bank transfer (no cash refunds).
