To clean me you can rub me gently with a cotton cloth soaked in a dish washing soap, rinse then dry me lvery well.
Discoloration/ tarnish may happen (this is for any 925 Sterling silver) depends on your usage, skin reaction & storage.
Deep clean via soaking in warm water & hand soap gel for an hour then rub gently with a cloth soaked in the solution, rinse & dry very well

Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt; pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- InstaPay / Bank Transfer — optionally, choose this at checkout if you prefer to pay in advance, and we will share the payment details to complete your order.
International orders
We ship worldwide via courier. To place an international order, contact us at info@shenegypt.com — a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, here is how returns and exchanges work:
- Return or exchange requests must be sent within 2 days maximum, starting from the delivery day.
- The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and an additional shipping fee applies to return and exchange orders.
- The order can't be returned while the courier is at the door. We will place a return request with the courier, and the order will be picked up within 4 working days.
- The refund is processed once we receive confirmation from the courier that the returned items have been picked up.
- Refunds are made via InstaPay or bank transfer (no cash refunds).
