ASTRAT Spirals Pottery Tableware

We're handmade & hand painted pottery tableware by SHEN Egyptian artisans, so excuse us we're not standardized; you can find minor differences in the design & minimal imperfections in our finish but we're unique.

Dimensions: please allow +/- 2 cm variances

- Mug: Diameter 7.5 cm - Length 10 cm

- Round Bowl: Diameter 14 cm - Length 7 cm

- Rectangle Plate: Width 10 cm -  Length 25 cm

- Fawaha: Diamater 10 cm  - Length 12 cm

We're dishwasher (short program), oven & microwave safe but not stove safe. Take care while getting us out from microwave or oven as we retian heat.

Pottery tableware retains heat unlike other materials which make us perfect for serving food & beverages hot for a longer time.

You may see fine lines within our glaze, this is normal in any pottery tableware but don't worry this won't peel our bodys' paint.

You may hear a cracking sound in the 1st couple times of usages because of our hight heat production process then this will fade away.

To remove coffee or tea stains from mugs, use baking soda with few drops of water as a paste on a sponge & scrub me well once the stain appears. And you can add vinegar & leave for half an hour then scrub.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Egypt; pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• InstaPay / Bank Transfer (optional) — ask the team, who will contact you via WhatsApp, if you want this option. Kindly excuse us, but the payment has to be done once the order is placed, as we can’t ship the order before the online payment.

International orders

We ship worldwide via courier. To place an international order, contact us at info@shenegypt.com — a secure payment link is sent via WhatsApp and email to complete your payment, and a tracking number is shared once your shipment is on its way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your SHEN pieces. If something isn't right, here is how returns and exchanges work:

• Return or exchange requests must be sent within 2 days maximum, starting from the delivery day.
• The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and an additional shipping fee applies to return and exchange orders.
• The order can't be returned while the courier is at the door. We will place a return request with the courier, and the order will be picked up within 4 working days.
• The refund is processed once we receive confirmation from the courier that the returned items have been picked up.
• Refunds are made via InstaPay or bank transfer (no cash refunds).
