SHIPPING INFO
Shipping inside Greater Cairo within 3 Working Days through a courier partner. Shipping Cost: 75 EGP
Shipping to Alex within 5 Working Days. Shipping Cost: 85 EGP
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange: within 2 days starting from the delivery day. But for the candles it has to be returned upon delivery (when the courier is on door).
Order Shipping Fee is non refundable & excuse us that there'll be delivery fee in case of return/ exchange order after the coureir leaves.
You can return the order while the courier on door but excuse us to pay the shipping fee & keep all our packaging the same.
